Evaluate the batch you would actually join, not just the provider’s name. Ask for a timetable and a sample learning experience before committing.
Teaching and class format
- Who teaches each subject in this batch? Ask how substitutions are handled.
- How large is the batch, and how can a student ask a question?
- For online study, distinguish live teaching from recordings and tests.
- Ask for a demo in the chosen format, subject and language, if available.
Make the timetable realistic
Combine school hours, coaching, travel, homework and revision on a weekly calendar. Ask how missed lessons are covered and when recordings expire. Confirm whether tests take place in person, online or both. A national online offer does not confirm a seat in a nearby classroom.
Doubts, tests and feedback
Ask how doubts are submitted, who responds and whether there are scheduled sessions. Request an example of test analysis. Check whether feedback explains errors or only reports a rank. Discuss support if the student is consistently behind the planned syllabus.
Before you enrol
Save the course outline, fee quote, access rules and refund policy. Record unresolved questions rather than relying on sales promises. Ask the student what learning format they can realistically sustain. No course can guarantee an examination result.
Use the full-course fee checklist and compare providers teaching the same exam and stage.
Put your shortlist to work
Browse available profiles, save suitable options and compare the same class or course. You can do this without submitting an enquiry.
