How we check school and coaching information
Checks apply to a specific fact, campus, course and date. They are not a blanket certification of an institution.
Start with the exact institution
For a school, identify the campus and class range. For coaching, distinguish the organisation, local centre and named course. Information from a national programme does not automatically apply to every branch.
Use sources with a clear scope
We prioritise official campus pages, fee schedules, course pages and relevant authority documents. Profiles link the material supporting important details. Institution-published information remains attributed to the institution; it is not described as independently inspected.
Keep dates and sessions separate
A next-session fee schedule does not establish that applications are open. An old admission notice is not relabelled for a new year. We identify the session and show specific missing information rather than invent a fee, deadline or available seat.
Interpret comparison fields carefully
Compare the same class or course, including what a quoted fee excludes. Online tests and recorded support do not necessarily mean a live online teaching course. The directory only applies researched course-format data where such evidence has been recorded.
What a listing does not prove
Inclusion does not certify teaching quality, safety compliance, refunds, faculty continuity, exam outcomes or admission availability. A logo, a public source link or an institution’s submission does not establish an independent inspection. We do not award verification simply because an institution pays.
Corrections and commercial independence
Send a disputed statement and supporting public source through the correction form. Profile changes are reviewed against their actual scope. Sponsored placements must be labelled and kept separate from factual checks. Advertising policy · Editorial policy.
