What a schedule proves
The February document is a revised examination schedule. The May document announced a tentative CBT 2 date. Both dates are now past; they are retained to explain this recruitment’s timeline. A schedule alone does not certify a particular candidate’s attendance, score or selection.
Individual changes and later stages
A rescheduling notice can apply only to named centres or affected candidates. Read its scope before replacing a date in your records. For document verification or a medical examination, use the later individual instructions and the relevant regional notice rather than the old CBT timetable.
Release intervals in the CBT 2 notice
The May notice described city/date information ten days before the examination and e-call letters four days before the individual exam date. These intervals explain that scheduled stage; they do not promise that its download remains live.
Track an examination date without mixing cycles
- Record CEN 05/2025 explicitly.
- Mark whether the source is original, revised or candidate-specific.
- Keep the publication date with the notice.
- Use a separate row for each written, skill, verification or medical stage.
- Do not copy CEN 04/2026 dates into this record.
