Fee and exemption rules
The 2025 application fee was ₹100. Women, SC, ST and eligible ex-servicemen were exempt. Payment was online only through the listed modes; the notice did not offer an offline cash/challan route. The fee deadline was separate from the form deadline.

The 2025 notice specified a bachelor’s degree by the application closing date. Ordinary age limits were 20–25 on 1 August 2025, with prescribed relaxations and separate departmental provisions.
