Which calendar version should you use?
The official calendar archive contains older editions, including April 2026 and February 2026 documents. Use the latest applicable revision and then check whether an examination-specific notice changes the date again.
Upper PCS and Lower PCS are separate
The first two rows are different examinations. Do not interchange their November and December dates. Likewise, the Lecturer entry specifies Home Science, and RO/ARO Accounts is separate from the general RO/ARO entry.
What a calendar does not confirm
A proposed examination date is not proof that applications or admit-card downloads are open. Confirm vacancies, qualifications, fees and registration dates in the recruitment advertisement. Your individual reporting time and centre come from your admission certificate.
Planning checklist
- Record the examination name, cycle and stage together.
- Save the September calendar and note its issue date.
- Check recruitment and admit-card notices before booking travel.
- Replace old dates in your study plan only when an official revision applies.
- Keep an offline copy of your final call letter when issued.
