What is new for the 2026–27 session?
Use the exam-specific guides above for the latest checked stage. Some registrations have closed while later examinations or selection continue; a new calendar year does not automatically mean a new application is open. The guides link the official notice and distinguish published dates from tentative calendar entries.
Official notifications
Open the official recruitment and examination register. Match the exact banking recruitment and CRP or advertisement number before relying on a deadline. IBPS notices do not establish the stage of an SBI or RBI recruitment.
Important dates
The IBPS calendar has been rechecked against the official PDF on 16 October 2026. Its PO/MT XVI Main entry is 4 October. For CSA candidates, the preliminary calendar dates have passed: follow the correct result and Main-stage notice instead of treating an old call-letter page as a fresh application.
Keep notification, registration, correction, examination and result dates in separate calendar entries. Where a later official notice changes a deadline, use the later notice. The admission document controls your personal date, shift and reporting time.
Vacancies and posts
Use the current exam-specific vacancy annexure. Counts may be tentative or revised; do not add horizontal-reservation subsets twice or combine unrelated jobs into one application total.
Eligibility
Compare qualification, discipline, completion deadline, age reference, nationality and category documents for each chosen exam. Specialist and experienced banking roles can have professional qualifications, relevant work-experience and post-specific requirements. Meeting a broad “graduate” or “Class 12” label alone is insufficient.
Application process and fees
- Read the complete official notice and amendments.
- Check that the registration window is actually open.
- Use the authority-linked portal and correct examination form.
- Upload the required documents, review entries and pay only the applicable fee.
- Save the final acknowledgement and check later official updates.
Exam pattern and syllabus
Choose the relevant guide above for the current paper combination, time limits and marking. Do not reuse another exam’s pattern or negative-marking rule. Map official syllabus topics to previous questions and maintain a revision checklist.
Selection and salary
A shortlist, recommendation, allotment and appointment are separate stages. Read the document and eligibility conditions for the outcome actually reached. Compare basic pay, allowances and deductions separately; a headline salary is not a guaranteed net payment.
Preparation resources and previous papers
Begin with the latest official syllabus, then use papers with their actual examination year and stage. Work on weak topics, use timed practice and review errors. Browse the exam directory to find the connected subject guides.

Frequently asked questions
Does every listed exam have an open form?
No. Open registration requires a current official application window; later-stage activity does not reopen it.
Should I prepare from an old pattern?
Use the latest official scheme for your examination and verify any changes before adopting an older mock or paper.
