Open Annexure I on pages 4–9. Match CCA code, post and category before comparing Session II marks. General Awareness marks, Session I marks and date of birth appear as additional result/tie fields; they are not separate nationwide qualifying cut-offs. The examples above are a small labelled subset, not the full table.

Minimum qualification versus competitive marks

The result lists minimum qualifying percentages in each session: UR 30%, OBC/EWS 25% and other categories 20%. Session II was evaluated only after qualifying Session I. Competitive CCA/category shortlist marks were higher in many rows.

What the verified result does and does not show

The 3 August result shortlists Havaldar candidates for PET/PST using normalized Session II scores, after qualifying Session I. It uses a 1:7 vacancy-to-candidate shortlisting ratio. It does not declare the final allocation for both MTS and Havaldar.

The write-up said that their First Round of Tentative Allocation would follow completion of Havaldar PET/PST. The later 20 August notice scheduled the tests for 24–31 August. This review does not infer a final allocation merely because those dates have passed.
