Programme and admission decisions
For AIIMS MBBS, use MCC’s central counselling route. The 14 October 2026 MCC extension revises the stray-round result to 19 October and reporting to 19–26 October. This schedule does not establish that an AIIMS New Delhi seat is vacant or that every candidate can join the round. Check the applicable seat matrix and eligibility.
The NEET guide gives the separate registration, payment and choice-filling deadlines. Use the institute and course shown on your allotment when following reporting instructions.
Keep three stages separate: the NEET examination, MCC registration and choice filling, and the institution’s reporting requirements after an allotment. A qualifying score does not itself confirm a seat. Match the campus name and programme on the allotment before following reporting instructions.
NEET UG eligibility and counselling guide explains the examination route. Do not use an old reporting notice as a new application deadline.
Fees and living costs
A single headline fee can hide differences between programmes, categories and academic years. Obtain the current official fee schedule for your exact course. Record tuition, mandatory charges, deposits, hostel and mess separately; do not compare an annual fee with another college’s full-course total.
Questions to resolve before a seat decision
- What documents and medical or reporting requirements apply to my allotment?
- What are the current academic, hostel and mess charges?
- How are practical training, attendance and internship requirements organised?
Teaching, campus and outcomes
Read the programme syllabus and ask to see the relevant facilities and timetable. For outcomes, request a dated report with the programme, cohort size and number of students placed or progressing to further study. This profile does not assign a rating or treat an advertised highest salary as a typical student outcome.
What this profile does and does not cover
This is an MBBS admission guide. Nursing, allied-health and postgraduate programmes have their own eligibility and admission instructions; do not use an MBBS counselling notice to apply for them. Compare these alternatives in the medicine and health-sciences guide.
Before travelling after an allotment, put the reporting location, deadline, original-document checklist, medical requirements and fee instructions together. Check whether accommodation has a separate process. Keep the official allotment and payment acknowledgements with your records.
