Choose the correct recruitment and stage
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| CEN 06/2025 or 07/2025 | Graduate and Undergraduate recruitments are separate |
| CBT 1, CBT 2 or later test | A document from an earlier stage does not admit you to a later one |
| Your RRB | Use the board named in your application |
| Your individual exam date | Download arrangements are tied to the candidate’s date |
Download arrangements in the official notices
The Graduate CBT 2 schedule and Undergraduate city-intimation notice describe e-call-letter availability four days before the individual exam date. These are stage-specific arrangements, not evidence that an old download is still open. Start from your RRB’s current recruitment notice rather than a third-party download button.
Before printing the call letter
- Check your name, registration or roll number and recruitment number.
- Read the date, shift, reporting time and entry restrictions.
- Check the full venue address and plan how to reach it.
- Read photograph, identity-proof and other document instructions.
- Save a copy locally so you are not dependent on a last-minute login.
Identity and examination-day instructions
The cited schedules describe Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication and the specified Aadhaar document arrangements. Read the actual call letter and the notice for your stage for the complete document checklist. Do not infer that a photo of the city slip, a previous call letter or an unofficial printout is an acceptable substitute.
Where a notice changes a venue, date or shift, use the revised instructions issued for the affected candidates. An old downloaded PDF may no longer reflect that change.
If you cannot download
Check the recruitment and stage first, then verify the details entered in the official login. A closed download period and an incorrect login are different problems. Use the helpdesk route in the relevant official notice, retaining your registration reference and an error screenshot without exposing passwords publicly.
Frequently asked questions
Can I enter with only the city slip? No. Download the separate e-call letter and follow its document requirements.
Is the four-day rule a promise for every future stage? Use the specific notice for that stage; an older CBT arrangement does not establish a new release date.
