SSC CHSL Result 2025: FRTA, Tier I Marks and Official PDFs

SSC CHSL 2025 result archive: February 2026 Tier I result, August 2026 FRTA, official PDFs and the distinction between allocation and appointment.

At a glance

Source review: 6 October 2026. This guide distinguishes the recruitment cycle from the calendar year in which an event happened. Later SSC notices take precedence over the documents cited here.

Historical 2025 recruitment cycle. The dates below are past events, not an invitation to apply. For current recruitment, visit the latest SSC CHSL guide. A result issued during 2026 can still belong to CHSL 2025.

Verified result record: SSC’s latest listed CHSL 2025 result entry reviewed on 6 October 2026 was the 17 August 2026 First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA). It reported 3,515 candidates provisionally recommended for identity verification against 3,522 vacancies. This is not proof of completed appointments.

What FRTA means for a candidate

FRTA means First Round of Tentative Allocation. The write-up describes provisional recommendation for identity verification and a sliding process. A name in a tentative allocation list should not be described as a final appointment or an unconditional job offer.

Paragraph 15 required candidates to attend the specified sliding process physically and stated that absence would prevent consideration for the final result. Those August/September dates are historical. Check SSC’s current notices and your login for subsequent instructions; do not treat the expired window as an action available now.

How to check the official list

  1. Open SSC’s official website and choose Results, then CHSL.
  2. Select the entry for the 2025 examination and the intended stage.
  3. Read the write-up before checking the associated list.
  4. Match your roll number exactly; a name match alone is insufficient.
  5. Use the official candidate login for personal marks or instructions when SSC makes them available.

GovtAdhikari cannot confirm an individual selection outcome and does not ask you to upload personal identity documents. Use the Commission’s published list and official communication.

Merit, qualifying tests and cut-offs

The FRTA write-up records merit based on Tier II Sections I and II. Computer Knowledge and the applicable Skill/Typing Test were qualifying. The post/category allocation tables contain distinct thresholds. Tier I marks alone do not establish final allocation.

For historical Tier I thresholds, see the cut-off guide. For allocation-stage marks, read the post-code/category tables in the official FRTA PDF instead of a single generic “final cut-off.”

Marks, answer keys and later updates

The 17 August write-up says final answer keys were used for Tier II evaluation and that detailed marks/final answer keys would be uploaded in due course. That statement records the position in that document; it does not prove that an individual scorecard link is active today. Check the current SSC portal for its availability and access period.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a CHSL 2025 result page contain 2026 dates?

The recruitment cycle is 2025, while Tier II and result events occurred during 2026. They remain part of the 2025 examination.

Is FRTA the same as an appointment?

No. It is a tentative allocation stage with further conditions and instructions.

Can I use these marks as CHSL 2026 cut-offs?

No. They belong to the 2025 cycle and cannot establish future cut-offs.
